7 reasons to have your stag or hen do at the National White Water Centre!

General consensus is that white water rafting is a fantastic activity to do on your stag or hen party but in case you need some more convincing, we've made a list of 7 reasons why you should book your party with us at the National White Water Centre!

1. IT'S OAR-SOME FUN!

Rafting on our grade 3-4 rapids will get even the most hard core in your group excited and laughing!

2. SNOWDONIA NATIONAL PARK IS BEAUTIFUL.

You get to base your stag or hen do in the stunning scenery of Snowdonia. There’s so much to do here that you’ll find other activities for your trip without any problems - from inland surfing, zip lines, stand up paddleboarding, paintballing and many more exhilarating activities in the beautiful countryside.

3. MANON'S RIVERSIDE CAFE.

Manon has got you covered for all of your eating needs! Whether it’s a fry up for breakfast before you get on the water or lovely home cooked lunch to warm up afterwards, she will take care of you and feed you up ready for your next adventure. You can call her and organise your menu in advance if you want to have something special awaiting you when you arrive!

4. RAFTING IS THE BEST CURE FOR A HANGOVER!

If you’ve overindulged the night before (we know, you’re all mature adults and wouldn’t dream of it!) and are feeling a bit worse for wear, then there’s nothing better than that first wave of cold water hitting your face – so refreshing!

5. PUT YOUR OWN SPIN ON IT!

You don’t want your stag or hen do to be the same as everyone else’s, right? Well, if putting your VIP in a wetsuit isn’t punishment enough, we also encourage fancy dress - albeit within the confines of our safety equipment - but it still leaves you a lot to work with…

6. BALA HAS A GREAT PINT!

If you’re after a cheap and cheerful pint (or two…) after your activities with us, Ye Olde Bulls Head has the cheapest pint around and has lots of friendly locals to chat to. Or if you’re after more of a fancy beverage be sure to check the local tap house Stori , where you can choose from their extensive range of locally brewed beers to drink in or get a few to take away with you!

7. THERE ARE LOADS OF ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS TO SUIT EVERY GROUP!

There are all sorts of options when it comes to accommodation in the area, from campsites, glampsites and bunkhouses to fancy country houses and B&Bs, there’s bound to be something to suit your groups’ needs.
