Concessions at the
National White Water Centre
We have concessionary rates for kayaking/canoeing for the following groups:
- Paddle Cymru, Paddle UK, and other national governing body members
- Under 18s
- Paddlers with disabilities (in receipt of either DLA or PIP)
- Carers (in receipt of Carer's Allowance)
- Anyone in receipt of Universal Credit
- Pensioners in receipt of Pension Credit
- Students in full-time education
- Blue Light Card holders
- Canoe Club members on official club trips
Please report to reception when booking concessionary rates for the first time, so we can set you up in our system. Remember to bring your proof with you, otherwise unfortunately we'll have to charge you full rate.
PADDLE UK ETC
- Current Paddle UK, Paddle Northern Ireland, Paddle Scotland and Canoeing Ireland adult members
- Bring proof of current membership
UNDER 18s
- All under 18s
- Including current Paddle Cymru , Paddle UK, Paddle Northern Ireland, Paddle Scotland and Canoeing Ireland junior members
- Bring proof of age or current membership
STUDENTS
- Students in full-time education
- Bring your student ID card or similar proof
PADDLERS WITH DISABILITIES
- Anyone in receipt of PIP or DLA
- Free companion helper place
- Bring proof of PIP or DLA on your first visit
CARERS
- Anyone in receipt of Carer's Allowance
- Bring proof on your first visit
UNIVERSAL CREDIT
- Anyone in receipt of Universal Credit
- Bring proof on your first visit
PENSION CREDIT
- Anyone in receipt of Pension Credit
- Bring proof on your first visit
EMERGENCY SERVICES
- All Blue Light Card holders, eg fire service, NHS workers, police etc.
- Bring your Blue Light Card on your first visit
CANOE CLUBS
- Affiliated canoe clubs of Paddle Cymru , Paddle UK, Paddle Northern Ireland, Paddle Scotland and Canoeing Ireland
- Official club trips
- Minimum of 3 canoe club members
