Canoe and kayak clubs
We’d love to welcome your canoe club at the Tryweryn. If you are the organiser of an official club trip, and there are 3 or more club members on the trip, we are happy to offer you a discounted rate.
This is for canoe clubs affiliated with
Paddle Cymru ,
Paddle UK,
Paddle Northern Ireland,
Paddle Scotland
and
Canoeing Ireland.
We’ll set you up a club account, and you will have your unique club promo code for your members to book.
Email us with the following details:
- Canoe club name
- Canoe club affiliation number
- Contact name
- Canoe club email address (this is the email address you will log in with to make bookings)
- Canoe club / contact phone number
Everyone attending the trip must read and accept our
terms and conditions. It’s the responsibility of the person booking the trip to share these with all attendees.
What if there aren't enough places to book my club in?
If there aren't enough places left for you to book your club in, please contact us.
Providing there are still places available for the date we can add some more slots for your club.
Can my club members book and pay individually?
In order to receive the Affiliated Club discount you need to book and pay as a group.
Your club members can book and pay individually through the 'Experienced Paddlers Facility Fee' but they will need individual National Governing Body membership to receive the discounted rate.
Can I book my club in before the water release is confirmed?
Water infoPlaces will only be added once a water release has been confirmed.
