Canoe and Kayak Clubs
We’d love to welcome your canoe club at the Tryweryn. If you are the organiser of an official club trip, and there are 3 or more club members on the trip, we are happy to offer you a discounted rate.
This is for canoe clubs affiliated with Paddle Cymru , Paddle UK, Paddle Northern Ireland, Paddle Scotland and Canoeing Ireland.
We can set up a club account, which will give you a Tryweryn Members' ID, you can then book and pay online and we'll simply check off names upon arrival.
Everyone attending the trip must read and accept our
terms and conditions. It’s the responsibility of the person booking the trip to share these with all attendees.
Email or call us with the following details:
- Canoe club name
- Contact name & phone number
- Canoe club email address (this is the email address you will log in with to make bookings)
If you don't wish to pay in advance complete the form under and we'll book you in. Members will then need to go to reception to sign in and pay upon arrival. Please only do this once water is confirmed and places are available!

What if a booked paddler can't attend on the day?
Not a problem.
If you're paying on the day we will amend your booking on Monday
If you've paid in advance we'll refund the place(s) on Monday.
If you can let our check in staff know that will help.
How far in advance can we book?
Paddler places are opened up as soon as we have water confirmed.
