Frequently asked questions (FAQs) about whitewater rafting, canyoning and other activities at Canolfan Tryweryn

  • What activities can I do at the National White Water Centre?

The UK's best rafting is at Canolfan Tryweryn, the National White Water Centre. We have Ultimate Sessions, Rapid Sessions and Tryweryn Safaris.

We also offer canyoning in beautiful Eryri (Snowdonia). We have amazing canyoning adventures. Canolfan Tryweryn’s canyon sessions combine rock climbing with abseiling, and use these skills to explore waterfalls, splash into plunge pools, and whoosh down natural water slides.

If you're an experienced kayaker, canoeist or whitewater SUP-er, you can also paddle the Tryweryn.
