Training courses at the
National White Water Centre
Canolfan Tryweryn, the National White Water Centre, is an amazing venue for kayak coaching, rescue training and raft guide training. You can book on to one of the courses we run, hire the rescue training venue, or bring your own coached group.
BCAB (PADDLE UK) COURSES
- We run most BCAB courses, including White Water Safety, and Advanced White Water Safety.
RAFT GUIDE TRAINING
- We run raft guide training that meets the guiding requirements for the International Rafting Federation's Guide Training Program, as well as IRF Safety Kayak Instructor courses.
FIRST AID
- For that all-important NGB requirement, or just to update your first aid skills, we run REC First Aid courses.
KAYAK COACHING
- We offer courses at just about every level of white water paddling from those new to moving water, to those paddling in advanced environments. We also have white water canoe options.
RESCUE TRAINING VENUE
- Hire classrooms, and/or Top Site for your rescue training and coaching.
