About Your Visit
The National White Water Centre is a Not For Profit organisation that has been funding paddlesports in Wales since 1983. We offer
fantastic white water adventures on the natural rapids of the River Tryweryn, as well as local
canyoning escapades. We are a favourite venue for recreational
white water kayaking and canoeing and host numerous
white water competitions annually.

There are top-notch facilities at Canolfan Tryweryn, including a café, hot showers and changing rooms, a kayak shop, on-site parking, and the Tryweryn Trail.

River levels are dependent on suitable water levels being released from the reservoir above us. In general, this is great news for summer, resulting in high flows and fantastic white water, often when most other rivers are empty!
